Launa has been involved with Real Estate & Property Management since 2008. After working in various residential administrative and leasing roles in the real estate sector, Launa obtained her real estate license in the 3 main sectors of Residential, Commercial and Rural sales during the year of 2011 in Calgary, Alberta.

She first gained experience with a small family-owned Commercial Real Estate firm. Launa worked with her own clients and also worked closely with foreclosure sales, judicial sales, mortgage investment corporations and property management which involved the management of commercial and condominium (strata) properties.

In 2015 Launa then went to primarily focus on Residential real estate sales & leasing. Shortly after, in 2016, Launa obtained her 4th sector license in Property management where she worked primarily as a licensed Property Manager & Realtor in the Residential sector for Drummer Realty & Property Management.

Working in various roles throughout property management, leasing and residential sales since 2011, Launa then decided to further her real estate education in 2019 by obtaining her Real Estate Broker license in Alberta and is currently registered as an ‘Associate Broker’ with the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

Currently, Launa works in residential real estate in the Calgary and surrounding area at Drummer Realty & Property Management. With an extensive background in Property Management, I would be pleased to offer my services on the sale or purchase of your investment property. Even if you are buying a home to live in for the foreseeable future, Launa sees each real estate purchase as an investment and as such will treat it with the utmost respect.

Personally, Launa loves anything to do with animals (dogs especially), yoga, giving back to the community, gardening and learning new skills. She is deeply rooted in helping people whether it be with knowledge, skill or a good shoulder to lean on.

Kyle joined the Drummer Realty & Property Management team in the spring of 2023. Accomplished in the trades, he offers 16 years of professional experience with the last 8 focused within the property management industry. In 2015, Kyle obtained his ticket as a red seal journeyman bricklayer from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Soon after, he invested in a small rental property company, and as their newest co-owner, assisted in the managing and upkeep of tenant retention, leasing and property maintenance across 20 buildings in the Calgary area.

In 2019, Kyle took a fascinating trip to El Salvador, and together with a team of determined and skilled tradespeople, assisted building houses for the locals; a testament to the lengths he will take to help others. Kyle has an exceptional ability to assess maintenance requirements within a home, ensuring our properties remain safe and well kept, while keeping costs low.

Christine joined the Drummer Realty team in 2021, initially serving as maintenance coordinator before transitioning to the role of Accounts Specialist. In her current position, she is responsible for the day-to-day management of tenant and owner accounts, as well as the preparation of third-party vendor accounts and the oversight of non-resident owner's accounts.

Drawing from her decade-long experience in dispatching, coordination, and administrative roles, Christine brings to the table exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Christine brings to the team an upbeat personality and the willingness to jump in and lend a helping hand whenever needed.

Annita joined the Drummer Realty team in 2017. Her role involves processing accounts payables, invoicing, data entry and utility submissions.  In addition to that she is a major help to her team in all areas of the company when extra assistance is required.

Prior to joining Drummer Realty & Property Management, Annita spent over 15 years in data entry and records management related positions.  She brings with her vast knowledge and experience in all areas of Microsoft Office operations, record retention, file management and storage systems.

Annita has a fun and quirky personality while displaying a strong work ethic and a helping hand to those in need.

Jeremiah joined the Drummer Realty & Property Management team in the fall of 2024, bringing a unique blend of hands-on construction expertise and a background in education. With years of experiece as a shop teacher, Jeremiah taught students practical skills in carpentry, tool safety, and project management, equipping the next generation with the fundamentals of construction and repair. His teaching experience honed his attention to detail and ability to explain complex tasks, which translates seamlessly into his work as a maintenance technician.

In addition to his teaching role, Jeremiah has extensive hands-on experience in residential property maintenance, specializing in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and general construction issues. His skills include everything from repairing doors and windows to installing light fixtures and managing larger projects like decks and fences.

Jeremiah's passion for education and craftsmanship make him highly effective at diagnosing issues and implementing long-lasting, cost-effient solutions. His ability to quickly assess maintenace needs ensures that Drummer Realty's properties are not only safe and functional but also maintained to the highest standards. 

Chantara is a service oriented property management professional who relocated to Calgary from Saskatoon in the fall of 2024. With over nine years of residential property management experience, Chantara's journey began as a leasing consultant where a passion for the industry was ignited. By 2020 she had successfully managed over 400 units that included the overseeing of maintenance staff, cleaning crews and leasing agents under her care. Always eager for growth and achievement, Chantara proceeded to serve as a Gold Star Mentor providing guidance, motivation and support to new employees as they grew into their positions.

In March of 2024, Chantara graduated from the UBC Sauder School of Business with a license in Property Management. Prior to her graduation, she was hired as the Business Development Manager with Real Canadian Property Management where she connected investors with strategic approaches to managing their properties, while in addition to helping residents find their new home. Chantara's career as Assistant Property Manager at Drummer Realty & Property Management is crucial to the success of her team - offering support and key information to the Property Management department and Maintenance staff alike; Chantara is a favorite amongst her co-workers and is known for her up-beat personality and dedication to providing a high standard of customer service.
